Role Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with SEN children and be adept at providing personal care. Experience in medication administration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to pupils, including assistance with hygiene and feeding.
  • Support pupils with severe complex medical needs in their daily activities.
  • Assist in the administration of medication as required.
  • Collaborate with teachers and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
  • Monitor and report on pupils' progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SEN children.
