We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team, working across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing support and facilitating the educational growth of students at various levels.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to students across KS2, KS3, and KS4, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities under the guidance of the teacher.
  • Work closely with teachers to monitor students' progress and contribute to their educational and social development.
  • Address the needs of students with learning difficulties or special educational needs.
  • Encourage students to interact with others and engage in activities that enhance their learning and social skills.
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role, supporting children across multiple key stages.
  • Strong understanding of the educational needs and challenges faced by students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to student learning and well-being.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
