Example Recruitment Group is seeking Multi-traders to join a leading Social Housing provider in the North-East of the UK.
The role involves managing properties and performing both planned and reactive maintenance works on a daily basis.
Successful candidates will receive a van, fuel card, and 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, along with a competitive salary.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, patch work plastering, basic plumbing, and general decorating.
Essential skills include boxing in around pipework and making good to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Example Recruitment Group need Multi-traders to work for one of the UK`s most well establised Social Housing providers managing properties across the North-East. They are provided with planned and re-active maintenance works on a daily basis and need permanent Multi-trade Engineers.

You will need to have:

Carpentry skills
Boxing in around pipework
Patch work plastering
Basic Plumbing skills
General decorating/ making good
