Looking after projects from start to finish and dealing with the logistics will be all in a day’s work for the Office Administrator based in Seaford.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Projects Manager, the duties of the Office Administrator include:

  • Dealing with plant hire, material orders and hotel bookings for the start of new projects
  • Organising training for all staff including safety and technical training
  • Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and up to date on MOTs and Servicing
  • Checking invoice against orders
  • Producing weekly wage sheets and daily travel times.
  • Being involved in audits and accreditations

Skills and experience required for the Office Administrator are:

  • A team player
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Excel
  • Experience of using portals
  • Ideally a background in administration in the construction industry
  • Dog friendly
