Are you looking for a part time Payroll Administrator position with hours to suit your life? Do you have experience of running payroll from start to finish? If so then I have a fantastic opportunity with a firm of Accountants.  Our client is a well-established and respected accountancy practice based in Seaford. They offer a unique and personalised range of accountancy and taxation services. Due to continued success and growth they are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This could be a full or part time position.  Duties Will Include:
  • Pay calculation.
  • RTI online submissions.
  • Calculation of statutory payments.
  • Calculating pension contributions in line with auto enrolment.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Update and upload pension details.
  • Recording starter and leaver information.
  • Recording HMRC payments and advising finance.
  • Dealing with queries from employees regarding pay/pension.
  • Calculation pro rata holidays etc
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will be up to date with all payroll procedures including PAYE, RTI, Auto enrolment and statutory calculations
  • Will have previous exposure to Xero 
  • Will be able to complete their duties while remaining friendly and approachable.
  • You will need excellent communication and IT skills with a professional approach.
