Salary: £150 - £225 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to support their development.
• Encourage students to become independent learners in literature, language, and writing.
• Contribute to the planning and development of the English curriculum and resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A strong passion for teaching English and supporting student success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
• A practical approach to teaching with effective classroom management.
• Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4, with a solid understanding of GCSE requirements.
