Property Repairs Support Administrator

£13.19 per hour

3 months minimum

Hybrid role - Mix of working from home and their 2 offices.

Based at Seaham and Bishop Auckland offices.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of my Social Housing Clients.

You will need to be proficient in Office 365 and excel.

Your main duties will be working closely with the team offering Administration support.

The role would suit a self motivated candidate ensuring property repair policies, procedures and timescales relating to admin support are followed and carried out.

Updating clients repairs system including data entry, raising work orders, investigating queries and work orders.
