Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming communication via email, telephone, or letter, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Update relevant systems with information related to new and ongoing projects.
  • Support the team with all projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively while remaining flexible, committed, and enthusiastic about the work.


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid work setup, working from home but spending at least one day per week in our Seaham office, ensuring a balance between flexibility and team engagement.
