We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support professional to join our client's team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth project coordination and administrative efficiency. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming communication via email, telephone, or letter, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Update relevant systems with information related to new and ongoing projects.
- Support the team with all projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate effectively while remaining flexible, committed, and enthusiastic about the work.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
- Innovative thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid work setup, working from home but spending at least one day per week in our Seaham office, ensuring a balance between flexibility and team engagement.
