Lettings manager role for busy agents in SeahamAre you looking for a new opportunity with a market leading firm who invest and value their team?This fantastic opportunity comes with great salary and benefits as well as a brilliant working environment with a team of like-minded individuals who love what they do and really believe in making work a fun and relaxed environment whilst being highly proactive and dynamic.The lettings manager will be proactive in the estate agent marketplace to create and develop valuations and lets within the branch both by proactively generating leads and management of lettings staff.They will manage own time and diary efficiently to ensure maximising potential of staff and resources of branch.They will provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with customer service and building good relations with customers, as well as colleagues across the department.They will achieve targets and objectives.Responsibilities:-Actively pursue new business/ establish marketing and canvassing plan-Analysing market and customer needs and selling to those needs-Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff-Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards-Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration-Completion of all appropriate section of checklists in full and on time-Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries-Drive lead generation through insurances; utilities and other third-party suppliers-Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies-Landlord updates-Ensure all notes are completed onto the contemporaneous software systemKey Qualities:-Previous experience in Lettings/estate agency experience-Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines-A good record of personal effectiveness-Customer driven with a drive for results-Previous People Management experience-Driver with own vehicle.
