Key Responsibilities for the Store Manager:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory to leading your team to achieve sales targets
  • Drive retail sales and enhance the store's profitability by developing effective strategies
  • Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of talent is in place and that the team is motivated
