Support Coordinator

15.66 per hour

Minimum of 3 months

Full Time - Monday to Friday

Hybrid working - Seaham office at least 1 day per week and working from home remaining.

(laptop and IT equipment provided)

My client is looking for an experienced Coordinator Admin Support to assist their Assets team. You will be working as part of a small team.

The main role will be:

  • Schedule appointments and diary management of our internal & external stock condition surveyors ensuring visits are in line with the geographical area being operated
  • Proactively communicate with believe customers via telephone, text, email and letter
  • Rearrange appointments were necessary
  • Update relevant internal systems with information in relation to stock condition surveys
  • Escalate repeat no access through our no access procedure
  • Well organised with accurate record keeping
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally good local knowledge of the area
