Job Description: Cleaning Operative - Deep Cleaner
Location: Seaham, County Durham

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to provide high-quality deep cleaning services at a care home. This role is vital in ensuring the care home remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for its residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform deep cleaning tasks throughout the care home, including all rooms, bathrooms, WCs, offices, and canteens.
Clean community areas such as hallways, stairs, and other shared spaces.
Use cleaning machinery effectively to carry out deep cleaning duties.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and infection control protocols.
General cleaning duties as required to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.

Requirements :

Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage, including safety measures.
Experience with cleaning machinery is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday.
Choice of two shifts: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Start Date:
The role begins on 13/01/2025.
