Role: Electrician
Location: On Site at Sellafield, Cumbria
Hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week - Permanent role - Start ASAP
Salary: £42,029.52 (£21.27 ph)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering.
• JIB cardholders
• IOSH Working / Managing Safely qualification.
• A Safety Passport.
• P4 pass.
• SC clearance (desirable)
• ATEX qualification

Summary:
As an Electrician, you will work alongside a talented team of professionals. This will allow you to use your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of electrical works and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include interpreting electrical plans, diagnosing electrical issues, and always adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installing and repairing wiring and conductive elements and electrical components in buildings and other structures.
• Testing and inspecting electrical work like wiring and lighting to ensure safe installation and compliance with regulatory codes.
• Planning and designing layouts of fixtures, wiring pathways and other electrical elements inside commercial and residential buildings.
• Identifying and mitigating safety hazards, code violations and other electrical issues.
• |nstalling, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in buildings and structures.
• Inspecting electrical components and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Diagnosing electrical issues by reading diagrams and blueprints.
