Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team on the nuclear site in Sellafield. In this role you will be overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of scaffolding projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, safety standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations, particularly those specific to nuclear environments.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of scaffolders and site operatives, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.


You will need:

  • Nuclear sector experience
  • Professional certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS Black Card.
  • Comprehensive understanding of scaffolding techniques, nuclear safety protocols, and relevant UK regulations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
