BMSL has a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the team within the North East to support the construction of a commercial project. With a strong pipeline of work our client is able to offer these roles on a permanent basis:
- Building Services background
- Time served HVAC/Pipefitter
- Experience working as a Chargehand/Supervisor
Reporting into the Project Manager, this role will be accountable for delivery of the mechanical elements of the project and provide the resources required for natural growth in the region.
Duties will include:
Primarily Supervision and Management of mechanical workforce and sub contractors
Support Project Manager / Site Engineers with project budget and costs are managed effectively.
Required Experience:
Relevant mechanical qualification - SMSTS/SSSTScertification and Gold Skillscard CSCS
Adapts to flexible and changing schedules
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize multiple business unit needs, tasks, projects, and demands
