We are seeking a Clerk of Works for a 5-month contract supporting a pharmaceutical client in Northumberland.
The role involves ensuring construction work complies with standards, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records.
Candidates should have a technical qualification in construction and previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar environments.
Effective communication skills and knowledge of CDM regulations are essential, along with experience as a Clerk of Works or Construction Supervisor.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per year and starts on March 31, 2025, with the role being inside IR35.

We are currently recruiting for a Clerk of Works to support a pharmaceutical client in Northumberland.

Scope of Work:

Ensure all construction work is carried out by the contractor onsite in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures
Conduct Quality, H&S and Environmental audits
Consult with the clients and work collaboratively, provide updates on progress aswell as identifying any issues and resolving them
Maintain accurate records
Co-ordinate with Supervisors, Engineers & Managers for seamlessexecution

Requirements:

Technical qualification or relevant in Construction
Previous industrial experience with Pharmaceutical or a similar process environment
Effective communication skills
Experience in Clerks of Works or as a Construction Supervisor
Sound knowledge of CDM regulations
Able to assist in multiple projects

5 month contract
