- Job Title: Static Maintenance Electrician
- Location: Sedgefield
- Contract: Commercial site
- Salary: 35,000 per annum
My client is a large facilities and maintenance company who operates in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced maintenance electricians to join an established team on a static site in Sedgefield. This role is full time, permanent with core working hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Applicants for the role must possess the following:
- Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, AM 2).
- 18th edition
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2391 Test and inspection - highly desirable
- Must be able to obtain DBS before joining the job
