Multi Trade Plumber

Our client, a leading provider of social housing services, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Plumber to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of 34,067.00, along with additional company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities for this Multi Trade Operative role are:

• Repair/ replace external cold-water gutter and drainage systems
• Install, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systems
• Locate and repair hot and cold-water bursts
• Excavate ground to repair external cold-water supplies & draining systems
• Clear blocked drains and toilets
• Trace, diagnose & identify faults on hot & cold-water systems

What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Trade Operative:

• Recognised Apprenticeship and qualifications (NVQ L2/L3)
• Competent in all aspects of plumbing trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, pre pain repairs and refurbishments.
• Experience in bathroom & wetroom replacements including patch plastering, tilling, flooring and painting within social housing
• A valid UK driving license is essential (Less than 6 points )
• Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and provide their own tools
