As a Supply Teacher your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Continuously monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Ensure adherence to always safeguarding and child protection policies
The Key Requirements of a potential candidate are:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in secondary education, with subject specialisms being a plus.
- Strong ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
