Reporting to the Financial Transactions Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting finance functions, audit, statutory accounts, and forecasting. Ideal for a qualified accountant eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Join them in making a global impact on patient care!Duties:Management Reporting· Provide financial accounting support and input into monthly management reporting· Financial modelling to facilitate European and US entity reporting· Adoption of new accounting standards and technical accounting rules to support International Reporting· Assist with group accounts consolidation· Support preparation of the monthly Board Pack· Meet reporting requirements of Investors· Assist year-end R&D reporting submissionBudget & Forecasting· Contribute to annual Budget and re-forecasting processM&A· Support business M&A growth plansCompliance and Control· Process improvement by challenging business as usual· Contribute to tight financial control in order to mitigate P&L risk including Balance Sheet review· Ensure compliance with Regulatory Bodies and accounting standardsERP Support· Support ongoing ERP functionality improvement aligned with departmental reporting requirements· Promote cross departmental efficiency working closely with the Business Information departmentRequired knowledge:· Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE· 2 years post qualified experience· Knowledge of IFRS· Proven track record of good financial governance· Strong financial reporting skills (Forecasting / Performance analysis)· Treasury reportingDesirable knowledge:· Private Equity backed business experience· Microsoft Dynamics BC experience· Jet and / or Power BI Reporting experience· Healthcare industry exposureKey skills we are looking for:· Excellent Excel skills· Strong attention to detail· Effective verbal and written communication skills· Flexible approach to tasks and workload· Experience developing and implementing reportingIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial accounting, we encourage you to apply for this position today.
