Description

路 Achieve sales targets and meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

路 Analyse the market to develop an effective territory or account sales strategy; present this strategy to management for approval.

路 Maximise sales by introducing, presenting, and demonstrating products, as well as through contract negotiation and closing.

路 Manage product mix, pricing, and margins in alignment with company objectives.

路 Utilise CRM systems and customer contact tools to maintain up-to-date customer and prospect information.

路 Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.

路 Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing relevant reports and insights.

路 Record, analyse, and report data in compliance with company systems and requirements.

路 Attend and present at customer and internal meetings to support business development.

路 Continuously enhance knowledge of products, technology, market trends, sales tools, and processes.

路 Identify and report on key decision-makers, opinion leaders, and referrals in all accounts to the national sales manager.

路 Expand existing accounts into new product lines and pursue new account opportunities.

Profile

路 At least 2 years selling experience with consistent high performance

路 Thorough knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplace

路 Good knowledge of the decision making process with customers

Fluency in English
