Business Development Manager - Network Recruitment

Are you an experienced commercial finance professional with a passion for sales and recruitment? We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build and expand our commercial finance network.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our network by recruiting professionals looking to operate in the commercial finance sector as appointed representatives (ARs). You will design and execute targeted marketing strategies, manage sales processes, and foster strong relationships within the broker and lender community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new commercial finance professionals and brokers.
  • Develop and implement direct targeted marketing and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships through referral marketing and attending trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Manage the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Organise and host events across the UK, including trade shows and discovery sessions.
