Project Manager

Elevation recruitment group are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to further strengthen their growing engineering & projects division.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background in project management, CAPEX, cradle to grave delivery and a strong engineering background to be at the forefront of multi million pound investments across a fast paced site. As the Project Manager you will be:

• Responsible for leading and delivery on key CAPITAL projects from cradle to grave
• Identify areas for continuous improvement across the site, aiming to increase production volumes whilst maintaining site safety standards
• Deliver and lead the project strategy across projects engineers and cross functional leadership teams
• Utilise extensive Project Management experience within manufacturing to support everything from initial overview, design, delivery and documentation considering a range of factors related to FMCG / high volume sites
• Manage project contractors, review RAMS and issue PTW's
• Regularly update both internal and external stakeholders 

To be considered for the Project Manager role you will need:

• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Previous experience in FMCG or Food would be desirable but not essential should you have a strong projects background
• 5-10 years Project management experience, specifically in CAPITAL / CAPEX preferred
• Prince2 or equivalent is highly desirable
