The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for day to day maintenance and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will include:

  • Complete fault finding, planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximise equipment reliability and performance
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of machinery and equipment.
  • Carry out fault finding, problem solving
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns.

Skills and Qualifications of the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Time served accredited apprentice
  • Electrically biased 
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
