An Employee Relations Advisor is sought to join a thriving Human Resources team in the FMCG industry, ensuring the delivery of high-quality employee relations advice and support across the UK sites for approx 850 employees.

This role can be based out of Selby, Goole, Worksop, Manchester Trafford Park
Description
- A brand new role in the team responsible for Employee Relations matters and casework
- Provide expert advice on a range of employee relations issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Drive the resolution of ER cases, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Facilitate training sessions related to ER practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
- CIPD Qualified
- Currently in an Employee Relations Specific role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travek UK wide when the need arises paid mileage
