An Employee Relations Advisor is sought to join a thriving Human Resources team in the FMCG industry, ensuring the delivery of high-quality employee relations advice and support across the UK sites for approx 850 employees.

Description

  • A brand new role in the team responsible for Employee Relations matters and casework
  • Provide expert advice on a range of employee relations issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive the resolution of ER cases, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Facilitate training sessions related to ER practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law.

Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Currently in an Employee Relations Specific role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travek UK wide when the need arises paid mileage
