Hours
- Successful candidates will work Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm @ the starting rate of £11.50.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
1. **Experience in Woodworking/production**: Prior experience with drilling, sawing, and reshaping wood is desirable. Familiarity with various tools and machinery used in the wood industry will be highly advantageous.
2. **Physical Stamina**: The ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day is crucial.
3. **Reliability and Punctuality**: Consistent attendance and punctuality are key, as they contribute to the smooth operation of the team and the attainment of the attendance bonus.
4. **Own Transport**: Due to the location and early start time, having your own reliable transport is a necessity.
