Days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6am-6pm (after 6 weeks rotates to Thursday, Friday, Saturday for a further 6 weeks)

We have been serving our customers out of our Selby site since 1914. We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.

Pay rates (Over time is after 36 hours a week x1.25)

Day shift - £11.58 an hour (Rises to £14.06 once hit required skill level)

What you'll be doing

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working in a food factory environment and your key focus will be our production areas. Please see below a list of tasks that you be involved in:

  • Manual tasks involved in picking up ingredients and moving them on to the production line (weights from 5kg to 20kg)
  • Following Food and Health & Safety policies
  • Good attention to detail
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Packing and Stacking
  • Potential to be trained and upskilled into a skilled role
