As an Associate Case Manager at Ignis Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals who have sustained traumatic injuries. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing care plans, coordinating medical treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. • Managing complex cases of individuals with Amputation.
• Coordinating with healthcare providers, therapists, and other specialists.
• Developing tailored rehabilitation and care plans.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families.

• Ensuring timely delivery of care services and treatments.

• Experience in managing traumatic injuries, with a focus on Amputation.
• A background in Case Management within health, rehabilitation, or social care.
