- Experience in weed resistance trials and research.

Role Overview:
This biotech start-up, a breakout success in the AgriTech sector, is growing fast and has significant backing. Their aim is to discover and demonstrate efficacy in game changing crop protection products that have the ability to transform agriculture in terms of productivity and sustainability. Their particular focus is in weed treatment and herbicides.
Now at a critical point in their development, a Senior Scientist with weed science and herbicides expertise is required to play a key role in their R&D team. The individual in this role will contribute significantly to trialing and demonstrating efficacy of new herbicide modes of action.
The successful candidate will also need to demonsrate thatt they possess the general experience level and gravitas to lead trials, research efforts and more junior staff members.
