Zachary Daniels have partnered with a fashion retailer now recruiting for a Store Manager to join their team in York.
We are looking for an engaging and energetic retail manager. This role would suit an Assistant Manager looking for progression to manage your own store. Looking for someone who drives results through leading from the front and being hands on, and can inspire and motivate a team by creating a fun environment along the way.
The Store Manager role will include:
- Lead and motivate the team daily to drive performance and sales.
- Create a fun environment for the team to achieve an excellent customer experience in store.
- Coaching and team development
- Work alongside your team to grow the store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure the smooth running of the new store operations
