Key Responsibilities:
路Produce detailed mechanical designs, including calculations, drawings, and reports.
路Carry out dynamic thermal modelling and support energy performance assessments.
路Coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure fully integrated project solutions.
路Conduct site surveys, respond to queries, and review construction quality.
路Mentor and support apprentice and graduate engineers.
路Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
What They're Looking For:
路Experience in mechanical design for building services.
路Knowledge of relevant regulations, including Building Regulations and British Standards.
路Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and IES Virtual Environment.
路Strong communication and teamwork skills.
路A degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
