As a Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support within one of the UK's leading specialist care providers. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment for young people, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs.
  • Work closely with the Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

About You:

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience working with children working with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge
  • Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
  • Must be a driver to a car.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
