As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support within one of the UK's leading specialist care providers. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment for young people, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs.
  • Work closely with the Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager, and other team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience working with children and young adults in a care setting or a desire to do so.
  • Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
  • Must be a driver to a car.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: 160 hours per month
  • Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off
  • Additional: Approximately 10 sleep-in sessions per month (paid at 65 per session)
