As the Home Manager, you'll be:
- Responsible for all aspects of care within the home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations.
- Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry.
- Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality.
