We are working with this co-educational prep school, set in beautiful Kent grounds, seeking a Finance Officer to join them on a part time basis.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth function of finance.

You will be processing invoices, uploading staff expenses, supporting the Finance Manager with all aspects of fee invoicing and providing information to budget managers.

The Finance Officer will be supporting managers across departments to ensure correct invoices are raised, including lettings usage, and recorded accurately.

The successful candidate will be part/AAT qualified, with GCSE Maths & English. You will be familiar using MS Applications and have previous experience in a finance role ideally within the education sector. Previous knowledge of SIMS/FMS would be an advantage.

We are seeking a confident individual who has a natural talent in building good relationships with all levels of staff with a critical eye for detail.

This is a part time role, working three days per week, all year through. Benefits include free lunch during term time, pension and free parking.
