Admin Assistant/Receptionist - Sevenoaks, £25,000+

As an Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within a busy department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients with a warm and professional demeanor.• Onboarding clients using accounting and tax software.• Managing telephone inquiries efficiently, transferring calls to the appropriate departments.• Supporting invoicing processes.• Collaborating with the accounting team to electronically file tax and accounting documents.
