About the role of Construction Manager
As the Construction Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Construction Director and help oversee the region, ensuring you are motivating teams and promote high quality across multiple developments. You will be responsible for carrying out audits, QA, chairing meetings and supporting the contracts managers in the region.
Requirements for Construction Manager
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Construction Manager within a multi volume developer / PLC environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, regulations, H&S and NHBC standards
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
