This role is perfect for someone with a balance of administrative and financial skills.Key Responsibilities:Finance Tasks:
  • Managing accounts emails and processing invoices in QuickBooks.
  • Inputting financial data into spreadsheets.
  • Electronic filing and uploading invoices to client portals.
  • Assisting with credit control and managing mileage and expense records.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Assisting the secretarial team, booking appointments, and supporting general office admin.
  • Minute taking, copy typing, and formatting documents.
  • Handling payment notices, taking calls, and booking appointments for surveyors.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial formulas.
