Robertson Bell are excited to partner with an exciting not-for-profit organisation to recruit a permanent Accounts Payable Officer position on a six month fixed term contract. In this role you will be leading in a variety of Accounts Payable duties whilst also being proactive in growing your financial skillset!

In this Accounts Payable Officer role, you will:

  • Oversee the entire accounts payable inbox, making sure all queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a large volume of invoices, making sure to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced work environment
  • Assist with month end responsibilities, and gaining exposure in bank reconciliation alongside other duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable, being able to seamlessly complete a variety of duties.

  • Advanced Excel skills, being able to complete pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
