This is an exciting opportunity to shape data strategy, identify key trends, and drive business improvements through insightful analysis.About the RoleAs a Business Insight Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and deliver insightful business reporting using diverse datasets.
  • Use data modelling and customer segmentation to optimise operations and predict future patterns.
  • Analyse performance and key indicators to enhance critical service areas such as repairs, arrears, and compliance.
  • Create visualisations and interrogate data using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory measures through surveys and analysis.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making with detailed analytic reports for senior leaders.

  • Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Can manage complex datasets, model and visualise data, and develop actionable insights.
