We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and developing new menu items.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable.

Basic Package:

  • Competitive salary: 27,000 to 29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Permanent, 40 hours per week contract (working 5 days out of 7, pro rata)
  • 28 days holiday
  • Life insurance
  • Flexible working required including bank holidays, weekends and evening work
  • Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day off
  • Annual gratuity, employer's pension contribution and meals whilst on duty
  • Free on-site parking (due to the rural location, having own transport is essential)
