Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Sevenoaks Golf Club, Sevenoaks, Kent

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About Us: Sevenoaks Golf Club is a prestigious and welcoming club known for its beautiful course and excellent facilities. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and developing new menu items.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for food.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable.

Basic Package:

Competitive salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Permanent, 40 hours per week contract (working 5 days out of 7, pro rata)
28 days holiday
