I am excited to announce an opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Head Chef to join the team at a new, independently owned, contemporary 95-seat all-day dining restaurant with a 16-seat summer terrace, opening in Sevenoaks. This vibrant new venue will serve a variety of freshly prepared dishes, including tapas, fresh salads, smashed burgers, and main platesperfect for catch-ups, date nights, special occasions, and parties. With an exciting selection of wines, cocktails, craft beers, and coffees, this is set to become a go-to spot in the community.
Opening Hours:
7 days a week | 9am - 10pm
Head Chef role:
I am looking for a seasoned Head Chef who can demonstrate a stable and progressive career in contemporary all-day dining environments. This is a hands-on role, making you the face of the kitchen, responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a kitchen brigade of approximately 10 full-time back-of-house staff.
- Managing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create diverse, high-quality dishes that cater to a wide range of customer needs.
- Contributing to menu development, ensuring the restaurant remains innovative and relevant.
- Driving performance and maintaining strong communication with front-of-house to ensure a smooth service.
