One of my favourite clients is looking for an experienced CDP/junior Sous Chef at their lovely 15th Century English pub, nestled in the charming village of Shoreham, just outside Sevenoaks, Kent. This location offers direct train access from London.
Fresh cooking experience is essential.
The seasonal menu is crafted on-site using fresh produce from local suppliers, complemented by wines from their own vineyard, which spans ten acres and produces award-winning still and sparkling wines.
This pub is one of two properties they own, with aspirations for further growth.
The team is incredibly friendly and hands-on, with the General Manager always ready to lend a hand when needed.
Previous employees have expressed great satisfaction working for this company.
The salary ranges from £30,000 to £32,000, depending on the candidate's experience, plus Trunc.
A live-in option is also available.
