Our client looking to find a new Sous Chef for their gastro based in Sevenoaks Kent.
This restaurant is crazy busy. They mostly offer gourmet pizzas and small plates so someone with experience possibly in a tapas restaurant, or fast moving pizza kitchen may be beneficial.
Throughout the high season they can do 500 covers a day, which means for a sous service charge earning expectations are between £800-1000 per month.
You will be part of a young extremely friendly team.
The salary for the Sous Chef is £32-34k depending on experience and expect a huge addition from the service charge, which they estimate £500 even in lower seasons.
I cant recommend this company enough to work for. There is loads of opportunity to develop with this fast growing company who own another very popular site and have plans for expansion.
