- Management of client onboarding, including AML, engagement letters etc.
- Management of service quality, client expectations and deadlines.
- Manage Billing, WIP (including adjustments) and debt collection.
- Identify upselling opportunities on a regular basis.
- Ongoing Client AML checks.
- Ensure process documentation is accurate and current.
- Continuous review of scope of client works.
- Keep up to date with key legislation.
- Ensure profitability of work and effective team resourcing.
- Have at least 3 years experience within Practice and ideally have AAT Level 4 AAT, or be commencing your ACA / ACCA qualifications.
- Be commercially astute with excellent communication and rapport building skills.
- Have an analytical approach and precise attention to detail.
- Be adept at prioritisation and organisation.
- Be proficient in accounting software i.e. Xero, IRIS Excel and Word.
