Building Surveyor / Employers Agent - A leading construction firm in the residential and public sectors!

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with a diverse team, are now seeking an Employers Agent with a building surveying background, to join one of their three offices, based in Kent.

This is an opportunity offering the right individual a mixture of works, with a growing and social team.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Employers Agent/ Building Surveyor will be working on a mixture of new build project management schemes, with contract administration of remediation projects, building safety case work and report writing.

In your role as an Employers Agent/ Building Surveyor, you will join the building consultancy team and will receive continuous progression opportunities and training.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in EA work and who has a keen interest in carrying out this service.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
  • EA experience and report writing ability
