A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Employers Agent with a Building Surveying background to join their Kent-based office.

This opportunity offers a dynamic mix of work within a growing, supportive, and sociable team environment.

As an Employers Agent/Building Surveyor, you will work on a variety of new build project management schemes, including contract administration of remediation projects, building safety case work, and detailed report writing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing new build project management schemes.
• Delivering contract administration and remediation projects.
• Handling building safety cases and providing detailed report writing.

• MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
• RICS-accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying.
• Experience within a construction-focused practice.
• Public sector project experience (advantageous).
• Demonstrable Employers Agent experience with strong report writing skills.

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
• 28 days annual leave, including extra time during the Christmas period + birthday off
