A bespoke Building Consultancy are looking for a commercially aware Building Surveyor, to join their expanding Kent based team.

This is an opportunity offering the right Building Surveyor a role with full autonomy, you will manage current client relationships, as well as grow new ones and deliver a range of instructions to a high-level.

Role and responsibilities

This role presents the chance, for the chosen Building Surveyor, to work with and develop a prestigious client base, both existing and new, with the opportunity to expand on this consultancy's current project portfolio of mixed works across the private residential sector.

Initially, as the new Building Surveyor, you will have a focus on delivering key services such as contract administration, party wall, building pathology and building surveys.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in a similar role, or who understands the private residential market.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a consultancy/private practice environment
  • Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of the private sector
  • Strong technical ability, with good report writing skills
